Dining
Pint-sized Soap Lake does not lack for good eateries. The proof is in the statistics. Each of the dining establishments introduced below has been in business for over two decades. Patrons who drive from nearby communities also favor these Soap Lake establishments. Mama’s deli, though not a restaurant, is included as it is the go-to snack and pack deli of amazing delights that just about every visitor cannot resist.

B&B Restaurant
115 Daisy North, Soap Lake, WA 98851
(509) 246-1231
The B & B is a dining classic. Formerly an A & W drive-in, the B & B retains the drive-in character and routine. In the summer, you can place an order from your car and in no time the order is delivered. You can also sit inside and order right from the table through a 2-way microphone. Don’t let the burger joint look fool you. The home-style cooking of daily specials are well worth it and it’s a favorite eatery for the local crowd.
Del Red Pub and Eatery
311 Main Street, Soap Lake, WA 98851
(509) 246-1867
The Del Red is located in the heart of downtown on the corner of Main and Canna streets. It’s one popular hang out for a cold brewski and a game of pool as well as some great food. Thursday is streak night and Friday is the prime rib special. On Thursday and Sunday pool is free! Thursday and Saturday are karaoke nights. The Del Red has a beer and liquor license, and it’s been around for over forty years.
Mama’s European Food and Deli
241 Main Street, Soap Lake, WA 98851
The tiny “Mama’s Deli” is a cornucopia of fresh and packaged Eastern European cuisine. From fresh baked bread to the most complete selection of sausage, salami and bologna in the county. Alexander and Nadeshda (Mama) Koslov have brought the Ukraine to our doorstep. Other fare includes seven different kinds of mushrooms, exquisite chocolates, smoked mackeral and salmon, a dozen different varieties of European and Canadian cheese, and bottled mineral water from European resorts. Within one very small space, they have packed the best, shipped weekly from wholesale delis and distributors in New York City. A trip to Soap Lake is not complete without visiting Mama’s Deli.
